When I joined AEQUIL, it wasn’t just a brand - it was an idea with extraordinary ambition. A founder-led biophysical health ecosystem with breakthrough science, a visionary roadmap, and no clear way to tell its story to the world. What followed became one of the most creatively complex and meaningful builds of my career.
I was brought in as Senior Creative & Copy Lead and was promoted shortly after to Head of Content & Creative, tasked with shaping the entire narrative, voice, and creative system across four interlinked businesses: AEQUIL Products, AEQUIL Science, AEQUIL Practice, and AEQUIL Living. My role was not simply to “do campaigns”, but to build the language, structure and emotional logic of an ecosystem - one that had to speak to consumers, clinicians, scientists, investors, and media all at once.
AEQUIL sits at the intersection of biotechnology, wellness, and human emotion. That meant translating deeply complex biophysical research into something people could not only understand, but feel. I led the development of AEQUIL’s brand voice, messaging architecture, and storytelling framework from the ground up - creating the tone, language, and creative logic that now underpins everything from packaging and websites to social content, PR, investor decks, and events.
This included overseeing and executing the creative direction and copy for all up-coming product launches; rebuilding every website and digital touchpoint; establishing AEQUIL’s social presence and content strategy; creating campaign platforms; and developing a consistent narrative across events, partnerships, and press. Every word, every claim, every visual cue had to sit within a tightly governed system that balanced regulatory responsibility with emotional resonance.
Alongside the brand itself, I also helped shape the public-facing narrative of AEQUIL’s Founder and CEO - a globally recognised osteopath and biotech innovator who has worked with elite athletes, artists, and famous public figures. Positioning him as both a scientific authority and a human storyteller was essential to building trust in the brand. I developed his thought leadership, keynote storytelling, media voice, and long-form narrative as a living extension of AEQUIL’s credibility.
What has made AEQUIL unique - and challenging - is that nothing could be surface-level. We are not selling wellness trends; we are introducing a new way of thinking about how the body communicates, adapts, and heals. This required creative leadership that was as strategic as it was poetic.
AEQUIL has become a brand that doesn't shout - it speaks with coherence. It doesn't oversimplify - it makes complexity feel humane. And it doesn't just market products - it builts a belief system.
This work demands vision, structure, emotional intelligence, and an ability to sit between science and soul. It will always be one of the most demanding and defining chapters of my career - not because it is easy, but because it matters.
